Privacy Policy

Hwagong (the “App”), provided by ondelva (“we”), does not collect any personal information.

1. Information we collect: None. The App has no sign-up or login and does not collect names, email addresses, device identifiers, location, or usage data.
2. Your photos: Photos you choose or take are turned into paintings entirely on your device. Neither your photos nor the results are ever sent to us or to any third party.
3. Device permissions
   • Camera: used only when you take a photo to turn into a painting.
   • Photo library (add only): used only to save finished paintings to your library. The App does not read other photos in your library.
   • You can turn these permissions off at any time in iPhone Settings.
4. Photo metadata: The date, place and camera details stored in your original photo are copied to the painting you save to your photo library. Paintings you export with Share do not include the place. All of this happens on your device.
5. Sharing, advertising and tracking: None. The App contains no advertising, analytics or tracking technology.
6. App statistics: We see only the aggregated statistics Apple provides through App Store Connect (such as downloads and installs by country). They do not identify you, and some are included only if you turn on “Share With App Developers” in iPhone Settings.
7. Children: The App collects no personal information from anyone, including children.
8. Changes: If this policy changes, we will post the new version on this page with its effective date.
